The Structogram Training System consists of a two day Workshop. In Workshop 1. you will learn to understand your individual nature. You will gain a better understanding for your individual strengths and weaknesses and find out how to work with these in a natural way, that is in harmony with your genetically determined temperament. At the same time you will be able to identify behavior patterns that are in conflict with your nature and learn how to avoid these.
